人体的含水量随着年龄的增长而降低。有的长者为避免夜尿或因害怕失禁而减少喝水。这些因素会引起脱水。为避免脱水,请每天喝够八杯液体。为避免夜尿,睡前两到三小时尽量不要喝任何东西。
